The service on resizing the device was incredible. I measured the size incorrectly and overestimated the diameter needed. Yvonne immediately helped me to better determine how the fit should work. After a bit of back and forth I landed on a new set of measurements. Yvonne was very helpful and patient. The new device fits perfectly. I did not realize that they piercing should not have any weight on it with the right fit.

As someone uncircumcised, most cages either pinch, trap, or make hygiene a constant struggle. This is the first design I’ve used that truly accommodates the foreskin, allowing proper cleaning while staying secure and comfortable for long-term wear.
