Dan Baxter The product is comfortable and very well made. However, I wish there was better guidance on the measurement process. Also, communication is slow, making it difficult to ask questions and get quick answers.

We generally try to respond within 1-2 business days; we are often much quicker than that and sometimes we do get a few days behind. We wrote measuring advice back and forth to you many times during your order process and actually asked you to check on a few measurements that we thought could be improved. This all being said, please email us with your thoughts on how we can better improve the process; we are always open to feedback!
