Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If we make an error, we will make a new item and send it to you without requesting that you send the incorrect item back.

Customers can alter their devices by ordering individual replacement parts, including for Orion Impulse, rather than a whole new device. New parts can be ordered through the Parts and Options page. If you are unsure about whether an alteration is possible, contact us first.
